Terms and Conditions

Installations cannot be moved, once placed.
Area must be cleared before installation.
Deposit needs to made to book, remaining balance must be paid 1 week in advance.
Clients must disclose where the event will be before booking.
Same day pick up events will have an additional fee.
Placing balloons in direct sunlight will cause them to pop, decorations should always be placed under shade.
Balloon shine cannot be added if temperatures are too high.
Once the set up is complete and we have left the venue we are no longer responsible for any damages or adjustments.
Set up can take 2-4 hours.
Installation may require tape, command hooks, glue, etc.
